ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of his appeal dated 04.11.2025 pending on the file of the first respondent.

2. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the third respondent, notice to the third respondent in this writ petition is dispensed with.

3. No prejudice will be caused to the first respondent if the petitioner's appeal dated 04.11.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the third respondent, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 04.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections of the third respondent and any other party whom the first respondent deems it fit to enquire, and also by adhering to the principles of natural justice, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeal dated 04.11.2025. No Costs.
