ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 16.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 341,294(b),336,427,392,397,506(ii) of I.P.C, in Crime No.6 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners waylaid the defacto complainant and robbed a sum of Rs.900/- and his cell phone. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are habitual offender. She further submits that with regard to A1 there are seven previous cases and with regard to A2 there are six previous cases of similar nature are pending against the petitioners.

5.Considering the fact that with regard to A1 there are seven previous cases and with regard to A2 there are six previous pending against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
