ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to produce the detenue Boomika d/o.Gunasekaran, aged about 20 years, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter Boomika, aged about 20 years, went to college on 23.03.2022 and did not return. On these allegations, the present petition has been filed.

3. Today, Mr.C.Murugesan, Inspector of Police, Vridhachalam Circle, is present and produced the detenue Boomika before us. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. When enquired by us, Boomika stated that her date of birth is 13.01.2002; she has completed B.Sc [Maths]; she was in love with one Mathiyazhagan and got married to him on 28.03.2022 in Cuddalore.

5. In such view of the matter, it cannot be stated that the detenue Boomika is in the illegal custody of anyone for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus.
