(CRIME NO.1110/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m till fling charge sheet orders in Crl.M.P.No.11189/2021 dated 01.11.20221 in Cr.No.1110 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly.

3.Considering the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditional order dated 01.11.2021 in Crl.M.P.No.11189 of 2021, the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

filing charge sheet and thereafter, as and when required, stands relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
