Vs K.HEPZIBAI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order by granting six months time to deposit the amount as ordered by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.M.P.No.2570 and 2572 of 2022 in Crl R.C.No.255 of 2022 dated 03.03.2022 on the file of this Honble Court and pass such further or other orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.RC.No.255 of 2022 and Crl.MP.Nos.2570 & 2572 of 2022, dated 03.03.2022 to deposit 50% of the compensation amount i.e. Rs.5,00,000/-.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the second petitioner underwent an accident and sustained head injuries, therefore he was bedridden for a long time. Hence, the petitioners are not able to comply with the condition. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 4.
Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that since the petitioners could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time for depositing Rs.5,00,000/- is extended finally for a period of thirty days for complying the order dated 03.03.2022.
