J U D G M E N T

It is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that connected C.M.A.No.115 of 2010 had been allowed by

a Judgment of this court, dated 30.06.2011, wherein, the award passed by the Tribunal is modified as enumerated therein. However, the Registry failed to list the cross objection along with the above said C.M.A.

2. In view of the circumstances stated above, this Court finds that nothing survives in the above Cross Objection. Further, when the matter is called, the counsel for Cross Objector has not appeared before this Court. Hence, the cross objection is dismissed.
