O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed to call for the records in Crl.MP.No.9452 of 2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate no.I, Tambaram and set aside the same.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court that that the petitioner has not filed any complaint as contemplated under Criminal Procedure Code for forwarding the same under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC, to the concerned Jurisdictional Police for registering the case and to investigate the same but only filed an affidavit of the petition. Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to file a complaint before the concerned Court.

3.Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed with a liberty to file a complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Court as contemplated under Section 156(3) of Cr.PC.
