The First Respondent in the order dated 17.12.2018 in SA 1498/D/2018, which is impugned in this Writ Petition, has arrived at the conclusion that whatever information that had been sought by the Petitioner has been furnished. On a perusal of the orders passed by the Respondents with reference to the information sought by the Petitioner, there does not appear to be any infirmity requiring interference by this Court. However, this shall not preclude the right of the Petitioner to seek any other or further information or clarification from the Third and Fourth Respondents in the manner recognized by law. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed with the aforesaid observations.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
