Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S V.CHINNASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2504 of 2022 in Crl.R.C.No.246 of 2022, dated 01.03.2022 to deposit 50% of the cheque amount. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the petitioner is not able to mobilize the fund, he could not able to comply with the condition. Hence, he prays to extend the time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner could not able to deposit the amount within the stipulated time, this petition is ordered and the time, for depositing 50% of the cheque amount, is extended by one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
