This petition is filed to amend the prayer as C.C.No.5671 of 2018 on the file of the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, instead of C.CNo.5671 of 2018 on the file of the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore vide order dated 03.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.2181 of 2023.
