ORDER

Pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 30.06.2025, the learned Subordinate Judge, Gingee has sent a letter to the Registry of this Court in D.No.844/2025 dated 07.07.2025, seeking four months time for disposal of O.S.No.114 of 2023.

2. Considering the reasonable time sought for, I am inclined to direct the Subordinate Judge, Gingee to dispose of O.S.No.114 of 2023 on merits and in accordance with law on or before 28.11.2025

3. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs.
