ORDER

Mr.P.Sanjay Gandhi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final hearing at the stage of admission itself.

2. The prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent to implement the order passed by the Joint Director of Agriculture, in Letter No.E-3/3518/2016, dated 15.03.2017, based on the representation dated 17.04.2017.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no proof for the representation dated 17.04.2017 given by the petitioner.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is permitted to give one more representation to the respondent within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of this order. Considering the prayer made in the writ petition, without going into the merits of the case, the respondent on receipt of such representation is directed to consider the same, on merits and in accordance with law and also pass orders, within a period of eight weeks.
