This revision petition has been filed questioning an order dated 08.09.2017 in unnumbered REA of 2017 in REP No.113 of 2006 in O.S.No.21 of 1984 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Rasipuram. The unnumbered REA of 2017 in REP No.113 of 2006 in O.S.No.21 of 1984 had been filed under Order 26 Rule 9 of CPC., seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner.

2.However, since REP No.113 of 2006 itself had been disposed, by an order dated 08.09.2017, nothing further survives for adjudication in this present Civil Revision Petition and the same is dismissed. No order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
