This petition has been filed seeking to grant Special Leave to the petitioner to file criminal appeal against the order of acquittal passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore in C.A.No.365 of 2019 dated 28.10.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed complaint under Sections 138, 141 and 142 of the N.I.Act in C.C.No.354 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Coimbatore and the same ended in conviction. Challenging the same, the first respondent filed C.A.No.365 of 2019 before the learned I Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore and the same ended in acquittal.

3.Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is ordered. Leave granted. 24.04.2024 pri Note: Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
