Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the representation dated 06.12.2022 and to revise the scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009, from 01.09.2006 to 30.04.2014 and to pay all the subsequent benefits to the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner for revision of scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009.

2. The petitioner was appointed as Noon Meal Organizer on 11.03.1985 and retired from service on 30.04.2014. Now after a period of ten years the petitioner submitted representation for revision of scale of pay as per G.O.Ms.No.234/2009 dated 01.06.2009. That apart, the respondents submitted that as per the said Government Order, the petitioner was settled with all respective amount.

3. In view of the above, this writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
