Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the respondents pertaining to Na.Ka.No.E2/3872/15, dated 05.02.2015 on the file of the 4th respondent, proceedings in Na.Ka.No.E2/3832/15 dated 20.12.2017 on the file of the 4th respondent and proceedings in Na.Ka.No.B1/7685/13, dated 13.02.2018 on the file of the 2nd respondent, notification under Section 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Lands for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 dated 14.09.2017 issued vide G.O.Ms.No.292 on the file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same in so far as the Petitioner's lands in Survey No.109/5B of Valasamudhram Village, Ottapidaram Taluk, Tuticorin District.
