This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to pass necessary orders in the on-line lay out application No.201804801012267 dated 25.08.2018 submitted by the petitioners.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners had applied for approval of layout by way of online application dated 25.08.2018 to the respondent along with all necessary documents.

The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioners' application dated 25.08.2018 was returned to the petitioners on 26.11.2018 with reasons stated therein and same was communicated to the petitioners by letter dated 26.11.2018. A copy of the said letter Na.Ka.No.833/2018/Ku.Pu.Na.Va.Ku dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

26.11.2018 is also placed before this Court.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to re-submit the application by explaining the defects pointed out by the respondent / Department. No costs.
