ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.01.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 5(1) & 6 of the POCSO Act in Crime no.1 of 2022 seeks bail.

2. The petitioner herein is a married man who is aged about 44 years old has been sexually exploiting 16 years old minor girl, taking advantage of her proximity with the victim girl.

3. From the 164 Cr.P.C statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner has been continuously exploiting the minor girl by taking advantage of her innocence.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that investigation is completed and final report also filed and the matter is arrived for trial, if the petitioner released on bail there is every possibility of tampering the witnesses. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
