ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.584 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 6:30 p.m, everyday until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, that one of the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.584 of 2025 dated 27.01.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police monthly twice, viz., first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m, until further orders.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 18.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police, S-7, Madipakkam Police Station, Chennai.
