2. According to the petitioner, certified copies of impugned decree is yet to be received and hence, the petitioner prays for allowing the captioned CMP.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for petitioner, we deem it appropriate to allow the captioned CMP.
