This writ petition was filed challenging the impugned tender notice dated 03.03.2023 and for a consequential direction to the 3rd and 4th respondents to grant extension of renewal of lease rights to the petitioner.
2.When the matter came up for hearing on 19.04.2023, it was brought to the notice of this Court that no auction took place since an order of stay was granted by this Court.
3.In the light of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
