O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, passed in Cr.M.P.No.1289 of 2015 in Cr.M.P.No.1152 of 2015 on 16.11.2015.

2. Petitioner is an accused in Crime No.453 of 2015 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 427, 448 and 506(ii) IPC and Section 3 of TNPDL Act 395 IPC on the file of the respondent police. Under order in Cr.M.P.No.1152 of 2015 dated 05.10.2015, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, while granting bail to the petitioner inter alia had required him to appear before the respondent police twice daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. until further orders. petition seeking relaxation of the condition imposed against him and under order in Cr.M.P.No.1289 of 2015 dated 16.11.2015, the same Court below has required the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. instead of twice a day as earlier required. Aggrieved by the said order, the petitioner has moved the present revision petition.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

4. Considering the submissions made, this petition shall stand allowed. By way of modification of the order of the Court below passed in Cr.M.P.No.1289 of 2015 in Cr.M.P.No.1152 of 2015 dated 16.11.2015, the petitioner shall now be required to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
