Respondent Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 07.04.2017, sent with regard to revival of the society, viz.,K.1702, Tirupur Mill Industrial Labour Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Ms.T.Girija, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondent. By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner made a representation on 07.04.2017 to the respondent seeking revival of the society, viz., K.1702, Tirupur Mill Industrial Labour Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. Since no action was taken, the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if a suitable direction is issued to the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner may be directed to send a copy of the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
dated 07.04.2017 to the respondent and if the representation is given, the same would be considered in accordance with law.
5. In the light of the submissions and also considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in this writ petition, this Court, without going into merits of the case, directs petitioner to send a copy of the representation dated 07.04.2017 to the respondent, by enclosing a copy of this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such receipt, the respondent shall consider and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.
