Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbidden the respondents 1 to 3 and his men's agents not interfere in the civil dispute and not take any coercive steps against the petitioner in pursuant to the

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, forbidden the respondents 1 to 3 and his men's agents not interfere in the civil dispute and not take any coercive steps against the petitioner in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. Therefore, no complaint was pending on the file of the 3rd respondent. However, the respondents 1 to 3 have no role to play in the civil dispute between the parties.

3. In view of the above, the respondents 1 to 3 and his men's and

agents are directed not to interfere with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the 4th respondent. However, if any offence committed by them, the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, is directed to take appropriate direction and pass orders on merits in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of . No costs.
