The Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Hon'ble Principal Family Court, Chennai to post the case on a day to day basis in OP.No.2598 of 2014 and OS.No.58 of 2015 and complete the trial within two months.

For Petitioner : M/s.Geeta Ramaseshan in both CRP's COMMON ORDER:

According to the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the respondent has filed a petition in OP.No.2598 of 2014 and the revision petitioner has filed a suit in OS.No.58 of 2015 before the Principal Family Court, Chennai. According to the

revision petitioner, written statement has been filed by the respondent in OP.No.58 of 2015 and by the revision petitioner in OP.No.2598 of 2014. But the matters have been pending from the years 2014 and 2015 respectively. Therefore, the revision petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petitions before this Court for earlier disposal of the said suit and OP.

2. In view of the limited prayer to dispose of the aforesaid suit and OP, without expressing any opinion on merits of the cases, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the petition in OP.No.2598 of 2014 and the suit in OS.No.58 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible preferably within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if there is no other legal impediments.

3. The Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of with above direction. No costs.
