This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 14.3.2015 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that petition enquiry is pending on the complaint dated 14.3.2015 made by the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 14.3.2015, and during the course of the enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, a regular case shall be registered, following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs.
