This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 130 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent, who appeared through video conferencing.
Though the respondents sought time to file counter, till date, no counter has been filed. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this Court is inclined to allow the petition.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay is condoned.
