O R D E R

The petitioner, alleging that he has been falsely implicated by the respondent for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b),341, 324 and 506(ii) IPC and 3 (x) of SC & ST Act, 1989, seeks a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, to consider and dispose of his bail application that will be filed by him under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on the same day in connection with Cr.No. 580/2015 on the file of the respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, and to file a bail application. He further submitted that the said bail application may be considered on the same day of surrender of the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the nature of the prayer sought for and taking note of the fact that the petitioner is prepared to surrender before the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, there shall be a direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, to consider the bail application to be submitted by the petitioner along with his surrender before that Court, on the same day on merits and pass appropriate orders.

5. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
