Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every Month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders imposed in Crl.MP.No.8024/2020 in Crl.OP.No.14107/2020 dated 21.12.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.I.SHEIK MOHAMED, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8024 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14107 of 2020 on 21.12.2020.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
