This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 148 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 14.10.2024 passed in MACTOP No.2095 of 2016 on the file of the MACT, Special District Court No.I, Cuddalore. 2.Notice had been directed to the respondents, notice had been served and proof affidavit had also been filed. But there is no appearance for the respondents.

3.It had been stated that owing to administrative reasons, there has been a delay of 148 days.

4.In view of the reasons stated, the delay stands condoned. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order.
