ORDER

This Writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the First Respondent to take action against the Second Respondent under Vigilance and Anti Corruption Act, 1988 in pursuance to Petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2021. 2.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the Superintendent of Police, Salem, is the appropriate authority to deal with this case and therefore, the complaint of the petitioner dated 04.02.2021 has already been forwarded to the Superintendent of Police, Salem vide letter Ref.No.1988/2021 dated 19.02.2021, for taking further action on the said complaint and a copy of the same has also been sent to the petitioner.

already been taken, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
