O R D E R

(Order of the court was made by S.VAIDYANATHAN,J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Tahsildar, Mr.Veer Pratap Singh, Salem District has filed a counter affidavit dated 26.07.2022 and the relevant paragraph no.8 is extracted below:

"I Veer Pratap Singh, sincerely state that the writ petitioner has not submitted the detailed fresh representation with list of eligible persons who are land/houseless in this Village, as directed by this Hon'ble Court direction in W.P.No.22797/2021. It is further submitted, that in the past 264 House Site Patta's were issued to the A.D.W. beneficiaries, in the lands stands registered as "Natham" viz. in S.No.49/2, 49/5A, 49/5B, 50/1, 52/2B, 87/9 in that Village. The Contempt petitioner's father is also one of the beneficiaries who 2/4

availed the grant of HSD in S.No.87/9 and petitioner reside in the terraced house built there in as on date." 2.The Petitioner is also one of the beneficiaries who has been identified as landless poor who has constructed a terrace house in HSD in S.No.87/9.
