2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that so far as the crime No.93 of 2017 is concerned, the charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Attur.

3.In view of the above submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in Crl.O.P.No.14662 of 2018 has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. 4.In view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14662 of 2018, the 1st respondent in Crl.O.P.No.14661 of 2018 is hereby directed to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order if not already filed. 4.With the above direction, the Crl.O.P. No.14661 of 2017 stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
