In this miscellaneous petition, on 15.02.2018, this Court passed the following order :

"Since there is no interim order enjoyed by the respondent before the Trial Court and the appellant has been using the name and it may not be appropriate to allow the injunction to be enforced restraining the appellant from using the word. Therefore, the interim order granted is suspended. Call the matter on 5.6.2018. "

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till date. Hence, the interim order already granted on 15.02.2018 is to continue till the disposal of the Appeal. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
