These applications have been filed to extend the period of arbitration proceedings.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator was expired on 31.03.2024 and hence, he requests this Court to extend the same.

Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of 6 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, these applications are allowed.
