This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.460 of 2014 pending on the file of the respondent-Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.460 of 2014 is almost completed and final report will be filed within two months time by the respondent-Police.
