PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorari, calling for the records of the 2nd respondent connected to the demand notice 17515-U3-2012 dated 28.01.2013 calling upon the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.13,23,000/- purporting to be the tax in respect of the vehicle TN 30-AM-5036 for the period from 01.01.2012 to 31.03.2013, quash the same.
