This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 26 days in filing the appeal suit against the judgement and decree dated 31.10.2022 passed in O.S.No.62 of 2021 on the file of the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Thiurvallur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and also perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the delay is condoned.
