ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1849 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rasipuram on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders and he shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06:30 p.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.1849 of 2025 dated 28.01.2025 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear as and when required.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 14.03.2025 vca To The Inspector Of Police Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Namakkal, Namakkal District.
