This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to transfer the investigation in Crime No.461 of 2015 on the file of 2nd respondent police to some other officers, under the control of 1st respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that the allegations in the FIR are very serious and require thorough investigation. Under such circumstances, this Court directs the Assistant Commissioner of Police, under whose jurisdiction Anupparpalayam Police Station falls, to monitor the investigation in Crime No.461 of 2015, so as to bring the offenders to justice.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
