ORDER
Seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and to file final report in Crime No.418 of 2012 on the file of the 1st respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.
3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation in Crime No.418 of 2012 was completed as early as on 12.09.2012. But, the police have not filed the closure report before the concerned Court. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that the police have now served the RCS notice on the defacto complainant by affixure on the door on 15.07.2015. 4.Under such circumstances, the police is directed to file the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closure report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri. Liberty is given to the defacto complainant to file Protest Application before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri and the learned Magistrate is directed to take action in accordance with law as laid down by the Supreme Court in Vinay Tyagi Vs Irshad Ali reported in 2013 [5] SCC 762.
