C.M.P.Nos.13651 & 13654 of 2020 in CMA.SR.Nos.37954 & 37956 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.

The petitioner/Appellant has filed the petitions to condone the delay of 654 days in filing the appeals.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier the counsel, who filed the appeals passed away and the papers were handed over to the present counsel very recently and hence, there is a delay in representation.

3. Considering the submission made by the counsel and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavits filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and both the petitions are allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions, if it is otherwise the papers are found to be in order and. post on 18.12.2020 along with CMA.No.1558 of 2020 .
