2. In view of the fact that the writ appeal is now pending, no further adjudication needs to be entertained at this point of time in this Contempt Petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to restore the Contempt Petition after the disposal of the writ appeal now pending before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court.
