ORDER

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the relief sought for in the writ petition is to provide police protection to conduct temple festival from 29.03.2023 to 10.04.2023. He further submitted that, now, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition.

2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
