ORDER

Alleging violation of the order of this Court made in Crl.O.P.No.28481 of 2012, dated 06.12.2012, the present contempt petition was filed.

2.In and by the said order this Court directed the respondent to file final report in Crime No.581 of 2011 as https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ expeditiously as possible.

3. On notice, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the final report is going to be filed in Crime No.581 of 2011 today.
