This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 24.03.2016 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint dated 24.03.2016, petition enquiry is pending in CSR.No.334 of 2016.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that he suffered injuries in a motor vehicle accident on 23.03.2016. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that Police are doubting the veracity of the allegation in the complaint as to whether the petitioner had really sustained the said injuries in a road accident as claimed by him.

6. Recording the same, the 1st respondent Police is directed to conduct thorough enquiry in CSR.No.334 of 2016 and take action in accordance with law, either register an FIR or close the case, under due intimation to the petitioner.
