Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for all records in G.O.No.GSR 149(E) dated 08.02.2018 published in Part II Sec.3(1) the Gazette of India (Extraordinary) Department of Food and Public Distribution) on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same with respect to the Cooperative and Public Sector Sugar Mills in the State of Tamil Nadu forming part of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Sugar Federation (5th Respondent) and direct the respondents to permit the 5th respondent to continue to supply to Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.48 (Cooperation, Food and consumer Protection (D1 Department) dated 24.03.2017.
