This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioners by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2073 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court; that the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition 7(b) imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.2073 of 2025 dated 29.01.2025 is relaxed.
