Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to consider the petitioner representation dated 04.01.2020 and reminder representation dated 08.03.2020 and issue patta in favour of the petitioner bearing 14/2 totally admeasure 58 acres of Agricultural land which is situated in Thenakudipalayam Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District belongs to the petitioner.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.01.2020 to issue patta within the time limit fixed by this Court.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was purchased by the grand father of the petitioner and after he expired in the year 2003, the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the property and that he has acquired title over the property. The petitioner has made an application to the respondents on 04.01.2020 and requested for grant of patta and the same was not considered by the respondents. Hence the present writ petition has been filed seeking for appropriate directions.

3. Heard Mr.A.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned counsel for the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in the writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 04.01.2020 and deal with the same strictly in accordance with law and pass final orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the third respondent finds that there are other interested parties, notice shall also be issued to the interested parties before passing final orders. The petitioner is directed to give a fresh representation to the third respondent along with the copy of the representation dated 04.01.2020 and a copy of this order and all other relevant documents.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
