The above petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 820 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased P. Nedunchezian and to bring on record the respondent 2 and 3 as the legal heirs of the deceased P.Nedunchezian as respondents 3 and 5 in the CMA.No. 490 of 2020.

2. There is no objection on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits, filed in support of the petitions, the delay is condoned and the petitions are allowed.
